Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the www.nodd.net website (the "Service") operated by Long Game Tech Inc., DBA Nodd ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Accounts

However, by uploading, posting, or otherwise making available your User Content on the Service, you hereby grant Nodd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and Nodd's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

3. Payments and Cancellations
You may choose to upgrade your account to a premium subscription for additional features and benefits. This subscription can be cancelled at any time, but please note that we do not offer refunds.

4. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data and right to privacy. We only collect and use personal data in ways that are described in our Privacy Policy, and in a manner that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law.

5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. In particular, users who post illegal, inappropriate, copyrighted, or other content that goes against the spirit of the community may have their accounts terminated.

6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

7. Disputes
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service will be settled by arbitration in New York, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.

8. Limitation of Liability
Nodd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) the conduct or content of other users or third parties on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
